General Questions

/ 01 · Getting Started
Q.01What exactly does Autozyne do?+

Autozyne is a New Jersey-based digital agency that builds AI, automation, ecommerce, and web systems for small businesses. That spans 16 services across four areas: AI products (chatbots, managed AI agent suites), business automation (connecting tools and removing manual work), ecommerce (Shopify and WooCommerce stores plus their automation), and web (websites, AI search optimization, content, and maintenance) — plus consulting for businesses that aren’t sure where to start. See every service →

Q.02How much do your services cost?+

It depends on the service and scope, so every project gets a fixed quote upfront rather than a one-size price tag — and you’ll have that quote within 24 hours of describing your project. Entry services like content support and simple automations are very affordable; larger builds like stores and websites scale with complexity. You’ll see the exact, all-in price before you commit to anything, with no hourly meters or surprise add-ons. Get your quote →

Q.03How is Autozyne so much cheaper than a traditional agency?+

Autozyne runs without the overhead agencies bill into every project — no account managers, no office, no layers of billable staff between you and the work. A lean, heavily systemized delivery process handles the heavy lifting, every deliverable is reviewed before it reaches you, and those savings show up directly in your quote rather than funding an org chart.

Q.04How fast can you deliver?+

Most projects ship in days to a few weeks, not months. Simple workflow automations are often done in 1–2 days, chatbots in 3–10 days, and websites and ecommerce stores in 2–4 weeks. Your quote includes a specific delivery date for your exact project, so you’re never guessing.

Q.05Do you only work with businesses in New Jersey?+

No — Autozyne is based in New Jersey but works remotely with businesses across the United States. NJ clients can get in-person meetings when useful; everything else (websites, chatbots, automations, stores) is built, delivered, and supported entirely online, so location isn’t a barrier.

Q.06Is Autozyne a real agency or one person?+

Autozyne is a founder-led agency — intentionally lean, which is the whole point of the pricing model. The person who quotes your project is the person who builds it and stays accountable for it, so you get one point of contact with full context from first message through the 30-day support window, with no handoffs to junior staff. More about who’s behind Autozyne →

Q.07You’re a new agency — why should I trust you with my project?+

Because being an early client of a founder-led agency works in your favor: your project gets founder-level attention, sharper pricing, and responsive support precisely because every delivery is building the reputation Autozyne stands on. We’re also transparent about being new rather than faking a decade of logos — and every project is protected by a fixed upfront quote, your approval before anything goes live, and 30 days of included support.

Q.08What does “AI-native” or “built with AI” mean for what I get?+

It means AI and automation make our delivery faster and more affordable — but a human reviews and stands behind every deliverable before it reaches you. You’re not getting raw, unreviewed AI output; you’re getting professional work produced through an AI-accelerated process. When we sell an AI product (like a chatbot or AI agent suite), that’s the product itself — separate from how efficiently we build everything.

Q.09How do I get started?+

Fill out the quote form and describe what you need in plain English — it takes about two minutes. Within 24 hours you’ll get a fixed quote, a delivery date, and an honest assessment, with no obligation. If a smaller or cheaper solution fits better, we’ll tell you. Start here →

AI Products

/ 02 · Chatbots & Agents
Q.10What’s the difference between the AI Chatbot, AI Business Suite, and AI Growth Engine?+

They’re three escalating levels of “let AI do the work.” The AI Chatbot is a single assistant that answers customers, captures leads, and books appointments 24/7. The AI Business Suite is a managed team of AI agents handling internal operations like follow-up, admin, support, and reporting. The AI Growth Engine is a self-running system for marketing and growth — research, competitor intel, content, and reporting. Start with the one matching your biggest bottleneck; they stack as you grow.

Q.11What can the AI Chatbot actually do?+

The chatbot is trained on your specific business — your products, services, FAQs, policies, pricing, and hours — and handles customer questions 24/7, captures leads with their contact details, qualifies prospects, books appointments, and escalates complex issues to you with full context. It can run on your website, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, or SMS. Most chatbots are built in 3–10 days. Explore the AI Chatbot →

Q.12Is this just a basic decision-tree chatbot that frustrates customers?+

No — it uses AI language models that understand natural conversation, not a rigid press-1-for-this menu. It interprets what customers actually mean, answers from your real business information, and hands off to a human (with the full conversation context) when something needs a person. That’s the difference between a chatbot customers abandon and one that captures the lead.

Q.13Do the AI Business Suite agents touch my real tools, and is that safe?+

Yes — the agents connect to your actual systems (CRM, email, accounting, scheduling) so they can do real work, and you watch it happen in your own dashboard. It’s a fully managed service: Autozyne builds, connects, and runs the agents, with human oversight and approval gates built in for anything sensitive. You never have to learn or maintain the underlying technology. Explore the AI Business Suite →

Q.14With the AI Growth Engine, do I lose control of what gets published?+

No — the Growth Engine is managed, not handed over, and you approve what gets published. The system runs research, competitor monitoring, content drafting, site audits, and reporting on a schedule, then surfaces outputs for your approval. You set the approved and forbidden topics, your brand voice, and your competitor set; the agents work within those rules and escalate to a human when needed. Explore the AI Growth Engine →

Q.15What happens after the AI product is built — am I on my own?+

No — every AI product includes 30 days of monitoring and support after launch, and the Business Suite and Growth Engine are ongoing managed services by design, so Autozyne keeps running and tuning them for you. For the chatbot, an optional monthly monitoring plan keeps it accurate as your business changes. You’re never handed a complex system and left to maintain it alone.

Q.16Will an AI chatbot or agent sound robotic and off-brand?+

No — each AI product is trained on your brand voice, your real information, and your specific rules, so it represents your business the way you would. You review and approve how it communicates before it goes live, and you can adjust the tone and boundaries at any time.

Business Automation

/ 03 · Workflows & Integration
Q.17How do I know if a task can be automated?+

If the task follows rules you could write down — “when X happens, do Y” — it can almost certainly be automated. Repetitive data entry, follow-up messages, file routing, report building, invoice handling, and copying information between tools are all standard automation targets. If you’re unsure, describe the task on the quote form and we’ll give you an honest answer for free. Explore automation services →

Q.18Will automation work with the tools I already use?+

Almost certainly yes — we build on platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) that connect to thousands of common business tools, and when no connector exists, our API integration service builds a custom one. You don’t need to switch software to automate your workflows.

Q.19What’s the difference between workflow automation and API integration?+

Workflow automation connects tools that already offer connectors and chains tasks together — the most common need, often delivered in 1–2 days. API integration is custom-coded work for when two systems have no off-the-shelf way to talk; it’s the heavier-duty option for unusual or proprietary tools. If you’re not sure which you need, describe the goal and we’ll tell you.

Q.20What is an MCP server, and do I need one?+

An MCP server lets AI agents (like Claude or ChatGPT) actually operate your business software instead of just talking about it — turning “I can’t access that” into “done, here’s the result.” You’d want one if you’re using AI assistants and wish they could directly pull data from or take actions in your CRM, accounting, or other tools. It’s our most AI-forward automation service. Explore MCP servers →

Q.21How accurate is the AI data processing — can I trust it with invoices?+

The pipeline is built with validation rules and human-review gates, so anything the AI is uncertain about gets flagged for a person instead of being entered blindly. It reads documents like invoices, receipts, and forms, extracts the data, checks it against your rules, and routes clean data into your accounting software, CRM, or spreadsheets — and you only manually review the exceptions. Explore AI data processing →

Q.22What if an automation breaks?+

Every automation is built with error handling, tested before launch, and backed by 30 days of included support. After that, you own a documented system you can maintain yourself, and ongoing maintenance is available if you’d rather never think about it. We build automations to fail safely and alert you, not to break silently.

Q.23How is automation different from just hiring a virtual assistant?+

An automation is built once and runs every time — instantly, around the clock, with no ongoing per-hour cost — while a VA works one task at a time and costs you every month. Many businesses use both: automation for the rule-based, repetitive work, and people for judgment calls. Automation usually pays for itself by freeing the hours you’re currently paying for.

Ecommerce

/ 04 · Stores & Selling
Q.24Should I use Shopify or WooCommerce?+

It comes down to how hands-on you want to be: choose Shopify if you want simplicity and minimal maintenance, or WooCommerce if you want full ownership and no monthly platform fees. We build both and have no preference to push — our recommendation is based on your business, and we’ll make the call with you during quoting.

Q.25Can you fix or redesign my existing store, or only build new ones?+

Both — we take on existing Shopify and WooCommerce stores for redesigns, performance fixes, catalog cleanups, and automation, so you don’t have to start over. Describe what’s wrong on the quote form and we’ll scope the fix. See ecommerce services →

Q.26Will my store be ready to actually sell when you hand it over?+

Yes — every store is delivered ready to process orders on day one, with payments, shipping, taxes, your domain, SSL, and basic SEO all configured before launch. We also install essential apps and train you on running the store, so nothing is left as homework. Stores are typically delivered in 2–4 weeks.

Q.27Can my store connect to Amazon, Etsy, or eBay?+

Yes — our ecommerce automation service syncs inventory, orders, and listings between your store and major marketplaces, so selling in multiple places doesn’t mean managing them all by hand. Orders, stock levels, and shipping can run automatically across channels.

Q.28Do I need to write all my product descriptions?+

No — our product catalog optimization service writes search-optimized titles and descriptions for your products, whether you have ten or ten thousand. It’s priced per product, so it scales to any catalog size, and it’s designed to help your products both rank in search and convert browsers into buyers.

Q.29Can my products show up when people ask AI assistants what to buy?+

Yes — that’s exactly what AI Search Optimization does for stores: it structures your products and store so AI systems like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google’s AI answers can find and recommend them. As more shoppers start their buying decisions by asking an AI, this is becoming as important as ranking in traditional search.

Websites, SEO & Content

/ 05 · Sites, SEO & Content
Q.30Can you redesign my existing website, or only build new ones?+

Both — we redesign existing sites, fix slow or broken ones, and migrate sites off DIY builders, and you keep your domain and anything worth keeping. Describe what you have on the quote form and we’ll scope the fix. See web services →

Q.31Why shouldn’t I just build it myself on Wix or Squarespace?+

DIY builders work if you have the time and design judgment — but most owners end up with a site that looks DIY, loads slowly, and was never set up to be found in search. If you’ve already tried and stalled, you’re exactly who our custom website service is for: professional quality, full search setup, and ownership of everything, delivered in weeks without agency pricing.

Q.32How long does a website take, and what’s included?+

Most websites are delivered in 2–4 weeks, and every build includes mobile-responsive design, fast load times, SSL security, on-page SEO, contact forms, Google Business Profile and Search Console setup, training, and 30 days of support. You approve the design before anything is built, and you own the domain, hosting, content, and code at the end. Explore custom websites →

Q.33What is AI search optimization, and how is it different from regular SEO?+

AI search optimization includes traditional Google SEO plus a newer layer: structuring your site so AI systems — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews — can understand, trust, and cite your business when people ask them for recommendations. Classic SEO gets you ranked in the list of links; AI SEO gets you named in the answer itself. Increasingly you need both. Explore AI Search Optimization →

Q.34Can you guarantee I’ll rank #1 on Google?+

No — and anyone who guarantees a #1 ranking is a red flag, because no one controls Google’s results. What we do is build your site and content on the proven on-page and technical foundations that search engines and AI systems reward, and report honestly on where you show up and what’s changing. Real SEO is earned positioning, not a purchased guarantee.

Q.35I don’t have time to write content — can you handle that?+

Yes — our content support service writes your website copy, service pages, blog posts, and email content, built around your business and structured for search. You can order it as a one-off or as a steady monthly cadence, and if you’d rather write some of it yourself, we’ll work with whatever you provide.

Q.36Who maintains my website after it launches?+

You can — every build includes training, documentation, and 30 days of free support — or you can hand it to us with the website maintenance service, which covers updates, security, backups, and content changes. Either way, you own the site and all its accounts, so you’re never locked in.

Consulting & Custom Projects

/ 06 · Audits & Custom
Q.37What do I actually get from an AI consulting audit?+

You get a written, prioritized roadmap of every place AI or automation could save your business time or money — ranked by payoff, with realistic cost and time estimates for each. It comes from a real review of how your business operates (your tools, workflows, and time sinks), not a generic “AI can help you” deck. The roadmap is yours to keep and act on, with anyone. Explore AI consulting →

Q.38Is the consulting audit just a sales pitch for your other services?+

No — the deliverable is tool-neutral and yours to keep, quick wins you can do yourself are flagged honestly as exactly that, and many recommendations don’t require hiring us at all. If you do want us to implement something from the roadmap, you’ll get a fixed quote like any other project — but you’re never obligated to.

Q.39My business is small — is an audit overkill?+

Usually not — if even one hour a day goes to repetitive work, an audit tends to pay for itself, and small businesses often have the biggest automation wins because nothing’s been systematized yet. If your situation is genuinely too simple to need an audit, we’ll tell you and point you at the one service you actually need.

Q.40What if my project doesn’t fit any of your listed services?+

Describe it anyway — some of our most valuable work starts as “this might be a weird request.” If it touches websites, stores, AI, automation, data, or connecting systems that don’t talk to each other, there’s a good chance we can scope it, and within 24 hours you’ll get either a fixed quote or an honest “we’re not the right fit.” Describe your project →

Working Together

/ 07 · Process & Ownership
Q.41How does the process work, start to finish?+

It’s four steps: you describe your project on the quote form, you receive a fixed quote with scope and delivery date within 24 hours, we build it (with your review and approval before anything goes live), and we launch with training plus 30 days of included support. No drawn-out discovery-call gauntlet and no 40-page proposals.

Q.42How does payment work?+

Most projects are split 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, invoiced through Stripe, so we aren’t fully paid until you have what you ordered. Ongoing services like monitoring, maintenance, and managed retainers are billed monthly with no long-term contract. Your exact terms are spelled out in your quote before you commit.

Q.43Do I own what you build?+

Yes — completely. You own your domain, hosting, code, content, designs, and every account we set up, all handed over with documentation. Autozyne doesn’t hold your assets hostage on proprietary systems or withhold logins, so you’re free to maintain, move, or hand off your project to anyone at any time.

Q.44What’s included in the 30-day support?+

Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support covering bug fixes, adjustments, and answered questions at no extra cost — it’s standard, not an upsell. It’s there to make sure what we built works in the real world after launch, and ongoing support or maintenance is available afterward if you want it.

Q.45What if I’m not happy with the work?+

You review and approve the work before it goes live — mockups for designs, test runs for automations, a staging site for websites — so problems get caught before launch, not after. The 50/50 payment structure and your approval at each stage are designed to keep us accountable to delivering what you actually wanted, and the 30-day support window covers fixes after launch.

Q.46How do I reach you, and how fast will you respond?+

You can reach Autozyne through the contact page or by emailing hello@autozyne.com, with a reply typically within one business day. Because Autozyne is founder-led, the person who answers is the person actually working on your project — not a routing desk.

Q.47What if I just have questions and I’m not ready to commit?+

That’s fine — asking questions or requesting a quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You can contact us with a question, or submit the quote form to get a real scope and price with zero obligation. Plenty of people start with a question and decide later. Get a free quote →
