Refund and Returns Policy

This policy explains how Autozyne handles refunds, revisions, and cancellations. Autozyne is a New Jersey–based AI and automation agency that provides done-for-you services and digital products to businesses across the United States. Because these are custom services and digital deliverables — not physical goods — there is nothing to ship back, so this policy covers refunds and cancellations rather than physical returns.

Does Autozyne offer refunds?

Autozyne offers limited refunds and resolves most issues with revisions rather than refunds. Before any work begins, a purchase is fully refundable. Once work has started, the deposit or initiation amount is non-refundable and the remaining balance is refunded if you cancel before the project is complete. Completed and delivered work, plus any third-party costs already incurred, are non-refundable. Every build also includes 30 days of support to fix genuine issues at no extra cost.

What this policy covers

This policy covers everything Autozyne sells: custom projects quoted to you directly (such as websites, chatbots, automations, and stores), self-serve purchases bought through Autozyne’s checkout, and monthly plans (retainers) such as the AI Growth Engine, AI Search Optimization, and chatbot monitoring.

Autozyne does not sell physical products, so there is nothing to return by mail. “Returns” in this policy means refunds and cancellations for services and digital deliverables.

Revisions come first

If a deliverable doesn’t match what was agreed, Autozyne’s first step is to fix it — not to refund it. Each project is built to a scope you approve in advance, and Autozyne revises the work until it matches that agreed scope.

Revisions cover work that falls inside the agreed scope. New requests, added features, or changes beyond the original scope are quoted separately as additional work before Autozyne starts them, so the price never changes without your approval.

30 days of support after delivery

Every Autozyne build includes 30 days of support after the project is delivered. During this window, Autozyne fixes bugs, errors, and anything that doesn’t work as described in the agreed scope, at no extra cost.

Support covers fixing what was delivered. It does not cover new features, redesigns, content changes, or work outside the original scope — those are quoted as new work. After 30 days, ongoing support is available through a maintenance or monitoring plan.

Refunds on self-serve purchases

Self-serve purchases — products you buy directly through Autozyne’s checkout — are paid in full at purchase. They are fully refundable if you request a refund before Autozyne begins work on your order.

Once work has begun, a non-refundable initiation amount of 25% of the purchase applies to cover the work already performed (such as intake, setup, and building your knowledge base), and the remaining balance is refunded if you cancel before delivery. Once the product is delivered, the purchase is non-refundable and is covered by the included 30 days of support.

Refunds and cancellation on custom projects

Custom projects begin with a deposit, as stated in your project agreement. The deposit is non-refundable once Autozyne has started work, because it covers scoping, planning, and the time committed to your project.

If you cancel a custom project after the deposit but before the work is complete, you are refunded any amount you paid beyond the deposit, minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf. Once a project is delivered and approved, final payment is due and is non-refundable — issues at that stage are handled through revisions and the included 30 days of support.

Monthly plans and retainers

Monthly plans — including the AI Growth Engine, AI Search Optimization, and chatbot monitoring — run for a minimum term stated when you sign up. Chatbot monitoring has a three-month minimum; other plans state their minimum in your agreement.

After the minimum term, you can cancel anytime by giving 30 days’ written notice to hello@autozyne.com. Your plan stays active through the notice period and your final billed month, and then ends. Monthly fees that have already been billed are not refunded, and Autozyne does not pro-rate partial months — cancellation stops future billing rather than refunding past months.

What is always non-refundable

Some costs can’t be refunded because the work or expense has already happened. The following are non-refundable in all cases:

  • Completed and delivered work that matches the agreed scope.
  • The deposit on a custom project, or the initiation amount on a self-serve purchase, once work has started.
  • Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf — for example domains, hosting, paid themes or plugins, app subscriptions, API usage, ad spend, and stock assets.
  • Paid audits, consulting, and strategy work once the report or recommendations have been delivered.
  • Monthly plan periods that have already elapsed.

How to request a refund or cancel

To request a refund or cancel a plan, email Autozyne at hello@autozyne.com with your name, the product or project, the date of purchase, and a short note on what you’d like. Autozyne replies within one business day.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.

Payment disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact Autozyne at hello@autozyne.com first — most issues are resolved quickly and directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting Autozyne can delay a resolution that this policy may already cover. Autozyne responds to payment disputes with the relevant project records and this policy.

Changes to this policy

Autozyne may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase. The current version, with its “last updated” date, is always published on this page.
